What Otterly.AI provides
Otterly.AI provides AI-search monitoring for brand mentions, links and prompt results across generative answer platforms.
The product tracks visibility and cited links in Google AI experiences and non-Google assistants.
Where the redirect matters
Potential exposure is limited to Google AI Overviews, AI Mode or corroborating organic-result collection that passes through the changed Search surface. Monitoring ChatGPT, Perplexity and other independent systems does not inherit Google’s /goto redirect.
/goto?url=[hash]resolve + attributepublisher URLWhat Otterly.AI has said
No public /goto response foundNo indexed, provider-owned page or attributable public statement from Otterly.AI specifically addressing Google’s /goto rollout was located by 13 September 2026. Social or support updates may be unindexed or account-only.
Only Google-grounded retrieval and citation tracking is directly exposed. Monitoring other answer engines can continue independently, while any Google citation represented as a /goto URL must be resolved before domain attribution.
There is no provider-specific /goto test, incident record or resolution benchmark to validate. Otterly.AI may be operating normally, but silence cannot establish unaffected status or reveal which data path it uses.
No /goto-specific price, quota, refresh-frequency or result-depth change was found. That does not show internal costs are unchanged: a provider could absorb them, reduce margin or alter collection without a public pricing notice.
No provider-specific /goto release or attributable statement is linked because none was found in the public review.
What is known — and what is not
This is a cautious feature-level inference. No service disruption is claimed, and conventional SERP scraping should not be confused with monitoring every generative answer engine.
What customers should monitor
- Missing publisher citations specifically in Google reports
- Citations represented as Google intermediary URLs
- Stable non-Google results during a Google-only anomaly
What should remain outside the change
- Non-Google AI engine monitoring
- Prompt, reporting and content-readiness workflows
