Choose the constraint that drives your plan

Start with the number of separately managed campaigns and people who need access. Then calculate ranking-check consumption for the actual schedule. A plan can have enough campaigns but still have too small a check budget for daily monitoring across several devices.

Small Biz is a shortlist for up to two campaigns and two users. Start expands campaign capacity sharply. Grow, Thrive and Lead should be judged against the extra campaigns, users and check volume required, rather than bought simply because the plan name sounds more suitable for an agency.

Calculate ranking-check use. Keywords: Start with the terms you will monitor. Combinations: Account for devices, engines and locations. Schedule: Multiply by the planned number of checks.
Monthly position checks are a workload budget, not a daily keyword allowance. Confirm counting rules and any extra charges.

Daily and weekly checks are different workloads

A campaign with 300 keywords checked daily on desktop and mobile uses approximately 18,000 checks over 30 days before adding another engine or location. That exceeds Start’s listed 15,000 checks but sits within Grow’s listed 20,000. Confirm the product’s actual counting rules and any extra checks before selecting a plan.

A weekly schedule can reduce consumption, but it can also miss short ranking changes. Choose the schedule around your reporting promise. Monitoring once a month is unsuitable if the client expects an explanation of daily volatility.

Compare the billing terms. Monthly contract: Use the actual monthly contract price. Annual prepayment: A monthly equivalent is not monthly billing. Current entitlement: Verify modules, taxes, renewal and downgrade terms.
Annual monthly equivalents require an upfront commitment; confirm present-day entitlements and final checkout costs.

Compare billing and present-day entitlements

Annual prepayment reduces the advertised monthly equivalent but commits more cash upfront. Check renewal, cancellation and downgrade terms, taxes and currency fees. The table does not establish the final UK checkout price.

Raven’s current pricing page lists a common SEO and reporting toolkit with different usage allowances. Confirm required integrations, crawl volumes and report delivery in the trial. Older rank-tracking documentation refers to legacy plan names; do not transplant those historical quotas or overage charges into a current buying calculation.

Does a larger Raven plan add GEO monitoring?

We have not verified native multi-LLM prompt tracking in Raven’s current public feature pages. A larger check budget or more campaigns does not prove that such a module is included. If AI visibility is required, request a demonstration with mentions, citations, full responses and UK targeting, or price a separate data source.
